Study
Georgie studied at The London School of Musical Theatre training her voice in different styles including Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock and Jazz. She has been singing professionally for over 10 years and has gigged solo in spaces such as critically acclaimed restaurant Rocksalt and for corporate clients including Eurotunnel Le Shuttle to name just a few. She is also experienced in singing with a 60 piece jazz orchestra and on stage in venues such as The Leas Cliff Hall or the Bridewell Theatre in London. Georgie is the front woman of function band Electric Outfit.
Style
Due to her training Georgie can sing a mixture of genres. From 80s rock/pop nights with music from artists such as Meatloaf and Queen to laid back easy listening sets with music from artists like Adele and Amy Winehouse. Wanting something different? Maybe a set of show tunes with powerful ballads from smash hit musicals such as Les Mis, Phantom of the Opera or something fun for a sing a long with music from Grease and Mamma Mia!
Georgie uses a Bose sound system for top quality sound. Her set up compromises of a L1 Compact and an S1 for an extra sound boost. Georgie uses backing tracks from an iPad situated on her mic stand she can change songs and alter sound right at her fingertips.
